Introducing the balletclass.com clothing collection — designed with the same care, precision, and artistry that we bring to our classes. Our sweatshirts and t-shirts are designed for dancers and ballet lovers who appreciate quality, simplicity, and a quiet expression of the art form.

Why organic?

Because these garments sit close to the body, the material is important. We chose 100% certified organic cotton for its softness, breathability, and integrity. It is grown and dyed without harmful chemicals, supporting both skin comfort and environmental health. Each piece is fully traceable from the finished item back to the fields where the cotton was cultivated. This transparency ensures that what you wear is something you can feel confident in — on every level.

As a family-run business, we are intentional about how and where our products are made. All garments are ethically crafted, then embroidered or printed in the UK, where quality and care are central to the process. This approach allows us to maintain high standards while supporting responsible manufacturing and a transparent supply chain.

Products and purchases

Our shop currently offers a limited range of products as we are gradually expanding to ensure the highest quality. Although our business is based in the United Kingdom, worldwide shipping is available. The base currency on our main website (balletclass.com) is USD but does support local currency pricing for customers in the UK and the EU. Unfortunately, our shop website (shop-balletclass.com) can only offer transactions in GBP. If you would prefer to make a purchase in USD or EUR, please email support@balletclass.com. We will convert the prices into your currency and provide the necessary details for a bank transfer.

Postage

Shipping costs are calculated and added to your order at checkout, based on the weight of the items in your order and your location. All products are shipped from the United Kingdom. Orders within the UK will take approximately 2 business days to arrive. Orders to Europe will take 3-5 business days. Orders to the USA will take 5-7 business days. Other international orders could take longer but we will send you a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order. We are not currently adding the cost of tariffs and customs charges to your international order but we may need to reassess this in the coming months.

Returns

We hope that you will love your new balletclass.com product but if you wish to return it, you have 28 days from the despatch of your order to return your purchase for an exchange or refund. Please email support@balletclass.com to request the postal address. Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged with a receipt or gift receipt. Any item being returned must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging and labelling intact, and tags attached. If you use the item or tamper with the tags, you forfeit your right to return the goods under our returns policy. Please note that delivery and return costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 3-5 working days. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damage at support@balletclass.com, and we will rectify the problem promptly.

Logging in

Since the balletclass.com shop is hosted on “www.shop-balletclass.com” rather than on “www.balletclass.com”, separate login passwords are required for each site. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to integrate the online store directly on the balletclass.com website. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
